Who are you and why are you offering this telesummit series?

I'm Linda Welch, the Creator of the Speaker and Trainer Telesummit. I created this series to assist people in the early stages of their speaking and training career. Whether you are just starting out and identifying your passion and purpose, or know what you want to speak about and haven't yet gotten started...or if you're working as a speaker and trainer and need help taking your business to the next level, there's a place for you here. Together we're creating a community where speakers and trainers support each other in creating more opportunities for people to transform their lives through the work we bring to the world.

I have a Masters of Divinity degree with an emphasis in counseling and education. After working for a brief time in a traditional church setting, I began a career in non-profit management working for the Girl Scouts, the YWCA and a variety of political organizations before turning to business 15 years ago. I built a successful real estate company where I, of course, specialized in training new agents! 

I now offer business planning and coaching for small business owners and goal setting/accountability MasterMind groups. In addition, I offer leadership development workshops and courses for Middle School through Adult age levels. I have been leading events for a variety of age levels for over 30 years. My specialty is helping you get from where you are to where you want to be.

What will I learn?

That all depends on you. We have selected presenters and trainers who will address every aspect of beginning and growing your training business. Most of them will be spending time in a follow up coaching session where you'll have the chance to ask them questions to help you start or grow your business. You will have the opportunity to be coached in your attraction factor, your presentation skills, your “selling from the stage” skills, networking, business planning, personal growth…Participate fully and you'll find what you need from this series.
